Katie teaches Penny Simkin’s signature childbirth preparation. These comprehensive classes are evidence-based and prepare families to create positive memories of the birth of their child.
Note: all classes take place virtually via Zoom from the comfort of your own home.

Eight week comprehensive series for families planning on birthing at home or in a free-standing birth center with a licensed midwife, in conjunction with families planning a hospital birth.

Eight week comprehensive series for families planning a birth in a hospital such as Swedish First Hill or University of Washington Northwest. Includes breastfeeding and newborn care. Registration link will direct you to the Parent Trust website.
